Project Scope
SUNYFAP, an association of financial aid professionals from State University of New York institutions, sought to enhance its online presence through a comprehensive website. The goal was to create a platform that provided essential resources for members, streamlined event management, facilitated document sharing, and also offered ongoing administration support to ensure the website’s continued functionality and relevance.
Scope of Work
- Design Conceptualization: Collaborating closely with SUNYFAP, we understood the association’s objectives, membership structure, and event requirements. We designed a website that was intuitive, informative, and visually appealing.
- Responsive Design: The website was designed to be responsive, ensuring optimal viewing across various devices, from desktops to mobile phones.
- Members-Only Section: A secure members-only area provided exclusive resources, documents, and updates tailored to financial aid professionals’ needs.
- Event Management: The integrated event management system facilitated the organization and promotion of conferences, workshops, and seminars. Attendees could register and buy tickets directly on the website.
- Document Sharing: A document sharing feature enabled members to securely upload, access, and download relevant documents for enhanced collaboration.
- Ongoing Administration Support: Beyond the initial design, we offered ongoing administration and support to ensure the website’s seamless performance and timely updates.
- Clear Information Presentation: The website effectively communicated SUNYFAP’s mission, leadership, and initiatives, catering to both members and visitors.
- Contact and Support: An accessible contact page allowed easy communication for inquiries or assistance.

The revamped SUNYFAP website provides an all-encompassing platform for members, featuring exclusive resources, simplified event management, collaborative document sharing, and ongoing administration support.
