Our Story

In it since 1998.
Built to last.

We have been building websites since 1998 — before most people knew what a CMS was. AllSupport formed in 2012, and the first clients weren’t small businesses or town governments. They were CSEA union locals. Labor organizations that needed real tools, not templates, and couldn’t afford a developer who didn’t understand how union work actually operates.

That foundation shaped everything. From union locals we expanded into municipal government, professional practices, and small business across Western New York. The standard never changed — hand-coded, built from scratch, maintained by the same person who built it.

56 active clients. 200+ projects. One person answering the phone when something goes wrong — and we answer within 12 hours, usually far faster.

No handoffs. No account managers. No junior developer touching your site after a senior sold you on it. You work with us directly, start to finish.

How We Build

No templates.
No page builders.
No exceptions.

Every site starts at zero.

We don’t adapt templates. We don’t install Elementor or Divi and drag things around. Every theme is hand-coded from scratch, specifically for the organization it represents. No two AllSupport sites look alike — ever. That’s not a policy, it’s the only way to do this work with integrity.

The editor is for content, not structure.

Most developers hand clients a page builder and call it done. We build the visual architecture in PHP and CSS so it’s locked, fast, and maintainable. You manage your content in a clean editor — you’re not fighting a drag-and-drop system every time you need to update a paragraph.

Performance isn’t optional.

Hand-coded sites load faster, score higher, and break less. No bloated plugin stacks, no CSS frameworks loading 300KB of utilities you use 5% of. Every line of code on your site is there because it needs to be there.

We own the infrastructure.

Your site runs on our managed hosting — not a $10/month shared account you have to babysit. DNS, SSL, uptime monitoring, email accounts, backups. Handled. You run your organization, we run the infrastructure that supports it.

Who We Work With

Four sectors.
One standard.

Labor & Union Organizations

Where it started. CSEA locals and public-sector unions that need real tools — member records, grievance tracking, deadline management. Not generic software jammed into a union context. Built from the ground up around how union work actually operates.

Government & Municipal

Town websites, clerk portals, public notices, document access. Built to ADA guidelines, maintained on monthly service agreements, and designed to be updated by town staff without a developer in the room.

Professional Practices

Coaches, therapists, attorneys, financial advisors, specialty contractors. Sites that establish credibility, book appointments, and get out of the way. No stock photos of people in suits shaking hands.

Small & Local Business

Local businesses across Western New York that need a real web presence — not a Wix site a nephew built in 2019 and nobody’s touched since. Custom-built, maintained, and actually working for you.

Where We Work

Western New York.
All of it.

We’re based in Dansville, right in Livingston County, but our client base runs across the region. Livingston, Steuben, and Allegany are home turf. We have established clients in Monroe, Ontario, and Wyoming Counties as well — and we’ll work anywhere in New York State for the right project.

IMMS is built for CSEA locals statewide. Geography doesn’t matter for software.
