Web Design & Development

Built from scratch.
Every time.

No Elementor. No Divi. No templates borrowed from someone else’s project. Every site starts at zero and is designed specifically for who you are and what you do.

What hand-coded actually means
01

Your site loads fast because it isn’t carrying dead weight.

Page builders generate thousands of lines of markup and stylesheet that have nothing to do with your content. We write only what your site needs — nothing more. The result is lean, fast, and search-engine-friendly by default.

02

It doesn’t look like anyone else’s site because it isn’t.

Template sites — even heavily modified ones — carry the bones of something built for someone else. We design the token system, color palette, typography, and layout from scratch for each client. No two sites we’ve built look the same.

03

You can update it yourself without breaking anything.

The WordPress editor handles your content. The theme handles the structure. We train you on what goes where, and we’re always 12 hours away when something needs attention. You’re never dependent on a plugin that stopped getting updates.

04

It won’t be obsolete in three years.

Divi sites, Elementor sites, and theme-builder sites age poorly. The builder gets abandoned, the updates stop, and you’re stuck on an insecure stack or rebuilding from scratch. Clean hand-coded themes stay current as long as WordPress does.

How we build

A process that actually makes sense.

Six steps. No surprises. You know what’s happening and why at every stage.

01

Free Consultation

No forms, no portals, no discovery calls scheduled three weeks out. You reach out, we talk. We listen to what you need, tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit, and explain exactly what it would take. That’s it.

02

Reference & Direction

Send us three sites you like and describe how you want yours to feel and function. We don’t need a 40-page brief. We need to understand your audience, your organization, and what makes you different from everyone doing the same thing.

03

Design System First

Before writing a single section of CSS, we build your design token system — the colors, typography, spacing scale, and border radii that every element will inherit. This is what guarantees visual consistency across every page.

04

Build

We write the theme from scratch — every PHP file, every line of CSS, every inline script. You review as it comes together. Nothing gets locked and presented as a fait accompli. You can redirect at any point during the build.

05

Review & Refine

You look at it on a staging environment, on your phone, on your tablet. You give us notes. We revise until it’s right. Not until our revision limit runs out — until it’s right.

06

Launch & Hand Off

We deploy to the live server, configure DNS and SSL, connect your domain, verify everything on production, and walk you through managing your own content. Then the monthly service agreement begins and we stay in the picture.

Who we build for

Four sectors. One standard.

The approach is the same regardless of who the client is. What changes is the design, the content, the tone, and the specific things the site needs to do.

Government & Municipal

Town boards, village offices, and municipal departments across Western New York. Built to ADA standards, easy for clerks to update, and structured to meet public information requirements. Reference: townofgrove.gov

$2,500–$3,500 build · $100/mo service agreement

Professional Practices

Coaches, therapists, attorneys, financial advisors, chiropractors, and specialty contractors. Sites that convert visitors into consultations without looking like every other professional’s site in the region. Reference: coachcleary.com

$1,500–$2,500 build · hosting included or billed separately

Small & Local Business

The businesses that make Western New York work — contractors, shops, service providers, and family operations. Sites that look like the business actually invested in itself, because it did.

Labor & Union Organizations

AllSupport started with CSEA locals in 2012. We understand how union locals operate, what members need to find, and what officers need to manage. Built with that knowledge, not despite the lack of it.

The difference

Template vs. custom. You can see it in five seconds.

Drag the slider. The left side is what a template looks like — generic layout, stock hierarchy, nothing specific to anyone. The right side is what we build.

What’s included in every build

Not a feature list. A baseline.

Custom hand-coded theme

Built from scratch. No parent theme, no starter theme, no framework. Your theme file contains only what your site needs.

Full design token system

Colors, typography, spacing, radii — all as CSS custom properties. Change one value, it updates everywhere on the site.

Fully responsive

Designed and tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Not an afterthought — a first-class requirement on every project.

Security hardened

Clean plugin list, form spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile, SSL, and no exposed credentials or unnecessary admin accounts.

SEO foundation

Rank Math configured, page titles structured, meta descriptions set, sitemap submitted. Not an SEO campaign — a proper foundation.

Performance optimized

Caching configured, block editor CSS stripped, emoji scripts removed, Google Fonts loaded with preconnect. Fast out of the box.

Contact form with real email

CF7 with branded HTML notification emails and autoresponder. Not a form that dumps submissions into a dashboard nobody checks.

Editor training

We walk you through managing your content, adding pages, and updating text and images. You’re not left staring at a dashboard with no idea what to touch.

And it’s actually a conversation.

Tell us what you need. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can help, what it would cost, and how long it would take. No pitch deck. No proposal PDF. Just a straight answer.
