A website is infrastructure. Infrastructure needs maintenance.
What happens without it
- The security certificate expires and every visitor sees a browser warning
- Updates pile up and the site gets easier to break into
- Nobody notices the site is down until somebody calls to ask why they can’t reach you
- Email stops working and you don’t find out for two days
- The web guy from three years ago is unreachable and nobody has the passwords
What a service agreement gives you
- Monitoring with alerts, so we know your site is down before you do
- Security certificate renewed automatically. It never expires
- Updates applied and tested before they break something
- Regular offsite backups. If something goes wrong, we restore it
- One place to reach us, 12-hour response, same people every time
Everything your site needs to stay online, secure, and yours.
Every agreement includes the full list below. Storage, email accounts, and support hours are scoped to your agreement. One conversation and you will know exactly what you are getting and what it costs.
Managed Hosting
Your site lives on a managed server we control. No shared-hosting surprises. Backups run on a weekly schedule. Storage is sized to your agreement.
Domain Management
Annual DNS and hosting fees, domain renewals, subdomain configuration, and the DNS records that make your email work. You never touch a server screen.
Security Certificate
Maintained and renewed automatically. Daily security checks. Your site is always on a secure connection and no visitor ever sees a browser warning.
Professional Email
Email accounts on your own domain. Anti-spam, advanced email recovery, rights management, and data loss prevention. Number of accounts is set by your agreement.
Uptime Monitoring
Automated checks around the clock. If the site goes down we are notified immediately. Enhanced daily performance checks keep things running clean.
WordPress Updates
Core, theme, and plugin updates applied and tested before they break something. SEO monitoring and performance checks included. Your stack stays current without you watching it.
The scope changes. The standard doesn’t.
All six items above are included in every agreement. What changes between tiers is storage, email account count, and hourly rate for work beyond routine maintenance. No tier includes free hours. Any labor beyond automated upkeep is billed at the agreed rate.
For small sites that need to stay online and secure. No content updates included. Any additional work is authorized and billed separately.

There is no number on this page because there is no number that is true for everyone. One conversation, no charge, and you leave it with a straight figure for the build and a straight figure for the monthly. If you need something you can take to a board or a partner before the call, we can put it in writing after.
Four different worlds. The same standard underneath.
We have been doing this since 2012, starting with union locals and expanding into government, professional practices, and small business. The work looks different from the outside. Underneath it is the same hand-built site and the same people answering when you write in.
Municipal Government
Agendas, minutes, and public notices posted by your own clerk, on a site built to meet accessibility requirements. No consultant on retainer to change a meeting date. See the work we have done for towns in the region.
Professional Practices
Coaches, attorneys, therapists, financial advisors, chiropractors, dentists. A site that looks like the practice you actually run, and a maintenance arrangement that keeps it that way while you work.
Small Business
Contractors, shops, and service businesses that need the site to work and the phone to ring. Nothing on the page that does not earn its place, and nothing you have to log in and babysit.
Union Locals
This is where we started. Member communication, document access, and officer tools built around how a local actually operates, by people who have sat in the room. See what we are building for locals.
Two live sites. Two completely different jobs.
Both are hand-built, both are maintained by us, and both are running right now. Click through and look at them.
Town of Grove
A working example of what a government service agreement looks like in practice. Custom built, hand-coded, and structured to meet accessibility requirements. The town posts its own agendas, minutes, and notices without calling anyone. When something needs attention, they send a message and it gets handled within 12 hours.

Coach Cleary
A coaching practice in Rochester, built from scratch to look like the work rather than like a template. Hosting, domain, security certificate, and updates are all handled on our side so the only thing the practice has to think about is the practice.

Agreement
12 hours. Not “we’ll get back to you.”
Every service agreement client gets a 12-hour maximum response time. That is not a target, it is a ceiling. In practice most responses come back in under two hours. You are not waiting days for a callback or chasing someone through a ticketing portal.
You have one point of contact. Same people every time. They know your site, your setup, and your history. No explaining the same thing to a new support rep.

Stop worrying about your website. That’s what we’re for.
Reach out and tell us what you have. We’ll tell you what an agreement would look like, what it would cost, and what it would cover. The first conversation is free, always.
