A custom coaching practice site for a Board Certified Coach based in Rochester, NY. Built to establish her brand online, showcase services, and convert visitors into consultations.
Mary Pat Cleary spent more than thirty years as a school psychologist. She supported students, families, and individuals through some of the most difficult moments a person can face. That work shaped everything she believes about how people grow through change.
When she stepped away from that career to launch her own coaching practice, she needed a website that matched where she was going, not where she had been. A clean start. A brand built around her, not borrowed from a template. And a way for the people who need her to find her, understand what she does, and book a consultation without friction.
The Key, by Coach Cleary is a five-page custom site: a homepage that positions her practice and moves visitors toward a consultation, a services page covering individual coaching, educational consultation, and emotional intelligence development, a how coaching works page that walks through the eight-session program, an about page that establishes her credentials and philosophy, and a schedule and contact page where prospective clients can book directly or send a message.
The design was built around the antique key imagery she brought to the project. The color palette, the typography, and the layout all reflect a practice that is calm, grounded, and personal. It does not look like a coaching template because it is not one.
Prospective clients can schedule a free consultation directly from the site. Three appointment types are available: in-person in Rochester, Google Meet, and a thirty-minute introductory call. They pick the format and the time and it goes straight onto her calendar. No phone tag, no back-and-forth email.
The site does one job before she even picks up the phone: it makes the right person comfortable enough to book.
Mary Pat updates the site herself. The editor is straightforward, and nothing in the system is more complicated than it needs to be. When content changes, she makes the change. No support ticket, no waiting.
Hosting, domain, security updates, backups, and monitoring are covered under the monthly agreement. That part never lands on her desk. She was hired to coach people through transitions, not to manage a web server.
It depends on the practice. A single-service solo coach is a different project than a multi-specialty practice with staff and a full appointment system.
The first conversation is a free consultation. What you do, who you serve, what you want people to do when they land on the site, and what you are working with for a budget. You get a straight number for the build and a straight number for the monthly.
No forms to fill out and nothing to sign to find out. Reach out and we will talk it through.
The design and all page content were built in-house for this practice. Online booking runs through an integrated scheduling tool with three appointment types. A branded email confirmation goes out automatically when someone submits the contact form. Email accounts on the coachcleary.com domain were set up through Google Workspace. Pages are cached and served over an encrypted connection.
The first conversation is always a free consultation. We talk about what you need and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and what it would take.
